RBC Capital raised the firm’s price target on Camden Property to $110 from $107 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares after its Q1 FFO beat. The management proved to be too aggressive on expectations of rent growth, but this was fully offset by much better outcomes on expenses, bad debt and occupancy, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
