Goldman Sachs downgraded Camden Property (CPT) to Sell from Neutral with a price target of $106, down from $118. The firm says Sunbelt markets continue to experience elevated levels of vacancy and the drop off in supply is proving more gradual than previously expected. As a result, Goldman expects Camden Property’s rent growth will disappoint expectations in the second half of 2025 and 2026.
