TD Cowen raised the firm’s price target on Calumet Specialty Products to $27 from $22 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm noted they secured a long-awaited DoE loan that will enable it to fund its SAF expansion. The larger than anticipated loan will reduce interest while acceleration of SAF production increases the firm’s EBITDA outlook.
