B. Riley analyst Alex Rygiel raised the firm’s price target on Builders FirstSource to $70 from $59 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares after attending the NAHB International Builders’ Show. The analyst increased targets in the building materials sector to reflect increased optimism, the lower rate environment, and strengthened balance sheets. The firm sees the possibility of a softer landing economically.
