Warren Buffet’s Berkshire Hathaway (BRK.A;BRK.B) sold 70% of its investment in Activision Blizzard (ATVI) in Q1, missing the stock’s gains that occurred after a federal judge said Microsoft (MSFT) could complete its purchase of the company, Jonathan Stempel of Reuters reports. Berkshire owned 14.7M shares in Activision on June 30, down from 49.4M shares on March 31.
