Canada’s Brookfield (BN) is working to sell renewable assets owned by its company Saeta Yield worth $1.64B including debt, Reuters’ Andres Gonzalez report, citing five people familiar with the matter. The investment fund is working with Santander (SAN) and Societe Generale (SCGLY) on the sale of the wind and photovoltaic plants located in Spain and Portugal, the people said.
