Brookfield is delaying the sale of London’s Citypoint tower after bids fell short, a move that will force the property manager to extend debt repayments, Reuters reports. Brookfield had been seeking around GBP 500M, or $620M, for the tower, but bids came in below GBP 400M, according to a source.
