Scotiabank lowered the firm’s price target on Brookfield Asset Management to $44.50 from $47 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm believes the share decline following Q1 results was “reasonable,” given its estimate revision and short-term focus of the market, the analyst tells investors. Scotiabank continues to believe, however, that the company is attractive for both income and growth investors.
