Brixmor Property Group (BRX) announced that Angela Aman will step down as the company’s President, CFO and Treasurer, effective January 19, 2024, in order to assume the position of CEO of Kilroy Realty Corporation (KRC). Upon Aman’s departure, Steven Gallagher, the company’s Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer since 2017, will serve as interim CFO while the company evaluates both internal and external candidates.
