Wells Fargo upgraded Brinker (EAT) to Overweight from Equal Weight with a price target of $175, up from $165. Investor sentiment on the restaurants is poor but Brinker offers turnaround momentum and the shares are “too cheap” at current levels, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Wells believes the shares already price in difficult compares following the 13% selloff post the fiscal Q4 report. It recommends buying Brinker on the selloff.
