BrightView initiated with Buy on margin expansion at Loop Capital

Loop Capital last night initiated coverage of BrightView with a Buy rating and $18 price target. The analyst believes in the company’s long-term margin expansion and “unique self-help, return to profitable growth story.” BrightView’s underlying demand fundamentals remain healthy in both its maintenance and development businesses and the company should return to acquisitions in fiscal 2025 after improving its balance sheet and reinvesting in its core business, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
