After Dell announced that CFO Yvonne McGill will step down from her role after almost 30 years at the company, BofA sees this transition as McGill’s decision and expects the company’s overall strategy and operating model to remain intact given that the strategy and execution roadmap at Dell has historically been set by Michael Dell, Jeff Clarke and other senior leadership. The firm, which notes that Dell also re-affirmed guidance for Q3 and FY26, maintains its Buy rating and $167 price target on Dell shares.
