Embraer (ERJ) on Monday announced in a regulatory filing that the pending arbitration proceedings between Embraer and its affiliates and The Boeing Company (BA) and its affiliates have concluded.Pursuant to a collar agreement recently entered into between the parties, Boeing will pay the gross amount of $150M to Embraer. The deal completes an arbitration process that began after Boeing pulled out of a $4.2B agreement to buy Embraer’s commercial jet-making operations.
