Boeing offered its more than 33,000 machinists that went on strike a general wage increase of 30% over four years, along with a ratification bonus that’s been doubled to $6,000, as well as the reinstatement of the Aerospace Machinists Performance Program bonus in a “best and final” proposal. The offer is contingent on ratification by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, September 27.
