Boeing (BA) and Lockheed Martin (LMT) are in talks to sell their United Launch Alliance joint venture to Sierra Space, according to Reuters Joey Roulette and Mike Stone, citing two sources familiar with the matter. The sourced added that the negotiations could end without a deal. Reuters noted that there have been years of speculation about ULA’s future, including an exploration of a sale in 2019 that never materialized.
