Blue Bird announces offering of 4.04M shares of common stock for holders

Blue Bird Corporation announced that an affiliate of American Securities intends to offer 4.04M shares of Blue Bird’s common stock pursuant to a shelf registration statement filed with the SEC. The offering consists entirely of secondary shares to be sold by the selling stockholder. Barclays is acting as the sole underwriter of the offering.
