TD Cowen raised the firm’s price target on Bloom Energy to $13 from $10 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. The firm said Q1 results came in below expectations and they are watching the rising receivables linked to the troubled PDX109 project as Bloom’s reliance on SK for receivables leaves them with uncertainty.
