Blackstone is buying a majority stake in Priority Software, an Israeli enterprise software company, at an $800M valuation, Bloomberg’s Katie Roof and Marissa Newman report. Priority Software’s existing investors, Fortissimo Capital and TA Associates, will maintain stakes in the business, according to the report.
