House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan subpoenaed BlackRock (BLK) and State Street (STT) for documents related to the committee’s inquiry into whether companies violated U.S. antitrust law when attempting to combat climate change, Erik Wasson of Bloomberg reports, citing a person familiar with the matter. The documents are due to the committee by January 12, according to the subpoenas. Subpoenas for Glass Lewis and Institutional Shareholder Services are being finalized soon, the source told Bloomberg.
