Black Knight (BKI) has chosen to put its Empower loan origination software unit up for sale in an attempt to overcome U.S. antitrust worries over its $13.1B proposed takeover by IntercontinentalExchange (ICE), Reuters’ David French reports, citing people familiar with the matter.
