Bionano Genomics entered into definitive agreements for the purchase and sale of an aggregate of 8,733,626 shares of its common stock at an offering price of $1.145 per share in a registered direct offering priced at-the-market. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about April 8. H.C. Wainwright is acting as the exclusive placement agent for the offering. The gross proceeds to Bionano from the offering are expected to be approximately $10M. Bionano intends to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.
