BigBear.ai announces $25M private placement

BigBear.ai Holdings announced that it has entered into definitive agreements for the issuance and sale of 13,888,889 shares of the Company’s common stock, $0.0001 par value per share, and warrants to purchase up to an additional 13,888,889 shares of common stock at an offering price of $1.80 per share and accompanying warrant in a private placement. The offering is expected to close on or about January 19, 2023, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. H.C. Wainwright & Co. is acting as the exclusive placement agent for the offering.
