According to a regulatory filing, Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway (BRK.A) reduced the firm’s stake in Bank of America (BAC) to 775M shares. Bloomberg notes that the move reduces Berkshire’s holding below the 10% threshold of 776M shares.
