Benchmark Electronics (BHE) announced the appointment of David Valkanoff as the company’s Executive Vice President and COO, effective immediately. Valkanoff will lead Benchmark’s worldwide manufacturing operations in the United States, Mexico, Asia, and Europe. Valkanoff joins the company from Carrier (CARR), where he was the vice president of operations for its refrigeration segment.
