Piper Sandler analyst Jason Bednar lowered the firm’s price target on Becton Dickinson to $245 from $255 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares after the company reported fiscal Q4 results that included base organic growth that beat Street estimates and margins that fell short of consensus. FY23 guidance midpoints are each below the Street forecast, but most of this difference looks related to foreign exchange, Bednar said.
