Citi downgraded Bausch + Lomb (BLCO) to Neutral from Buy with a price target of $22, down from $24. The firm sees “competing pressures” on the company. On the one hand, Bausch seems to have the pieces to put together “another nice year” and current estimates for fiscal 2025 are reasonable, the anlayst tells investors in a research note. On the other, the firm says Bausch + Lomb’s ownership has been an overhang and the potential takeout providing potential upside to the stock “may or may not materialize.”
