On March 30, 20223, Jonathan Landsberg "notified Barings BDC that he will step down as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, effective as of the close of business on April 4, 2023, to pursue other business opportunities. Mr. Landsberg’s resignation is not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies, or practices, or to any issues regarding its accounting policies or practices. On April 3, 2023, the Company’s Board of Directors appointed Elizabeth Murray as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective as of the close of business on April 4, 2023. Ms. Murray will continue to serve as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Accounting Officer."
