Barclays lowered the firm’s price target on Bank of Hawaii to $50 from $51 and keeps an Underweight rating on the shares. The analyst says cost controls and credit were bright spots in Q1, but not enough to offset net interest margin headwinds in the form of slow balance sheet growth and persistent upward pressure on deposit betas.
