As discussed in the Form 12b-25, this delay resulted from the dedication of time and resources expended by the Company related to the review by the Audit Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors, with the assistance of outside counsel, of the Company’s transactions with Brian Kahn.” Shares of B. Riley Financial are down 11% in pre-market trading at $15.65.
