Ault Alliance announced that on May 1, the NYSE American notified the company that the company had successfully regained compliance with the NYSE American’s continued listing standards related to a low selling price. The “.BC” designation will be removed from the “AULT” trading symbol. In addition, the company will be removed from the list of NYSE American noncompliant issuers on the NYSE American’s website.
