Ault Alliance announced the adjournment of the Company’s 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which was scheduled to be held at 9:00 a.m. on December 29, 2023 but has been postponed due to the absence of quorum to conduct business. Based on the absence of quorum, the board of directors elected to adjourn the Meeting until 9:00 a.m. on January 12, 2024 for the purpose of allowing additional time for stockholders to vote on the Proposals contained in the Proxy Statement dated December 1, 2023.
