Atlantica Sustainable assumed with an Equal Weight at Morgan Stanley

Morgan Stanley assumed coverage of Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure with an Equal Weight rating and a price target of $26, down from $31. The firm remains constructive on long-term renewable energy growth, but near-term cost of capital risks are elevated given the higher interest rate environment, says the analyst while assuming coverage of three yieldcos and a clean energy financing company.
