The company states it is “now seeking to close and fund the previously disclosed strategic investment in January 2024 with multiple parties, subject to completion of final documentation and approvals” and that it has “secured initial ground infrastructure orders from two customers for planned commercial service”. Shares of AST SpaceMobile are up 6% afterhours at $5.15.
