Assured Guaranty boosts dividend 11% to 31c

Assured Guaranty declared a quarterly dividend of 31c per common share, an increase of 11% from the quarterly dividend of 28c per common share that was declared on November 1. The dividend is payable on March 20, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 6.
