Aspen Technology price target lowered to $224 from $242 at Baird

Baird analyst Rob Oliver lowered the firm’s price target on Aspen Technology (AZPN) to $224 from $242 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The analyst said with Emerson (EMR) announcing they have submitted a proposal to acquire National Instruments (NATI), he finds it difficult to see Emerson acquiring AspenTech outright anytime soon.
