Argan increases buyback program to $150M

Argan (AGX) “announces that its Board of Directors approved an increase to the Company’s existing share repurchase program from $125 million to $150 million and declared a regular quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.375 per common share, payable on April 30, 2025 to stockholders of record at the close of business on April 22, 2025.”
