Ares Management announced the final closing of its Infrastructure Debt Fund V, which is focused on making subordinated investments across the digital, utilities, renewables, energy and transportation sectors. IDF V held its final close on December 29, 2022, at approximately $5B, including General Partner commitments and related transaction vehicles.
