Ares Capital 10.5M share Spot Secondary priced at $18.83

The deal size was increased to 10.5M shares of common stock from 9M shares of common stock. Morgan Stanley, BofA, UBS, RBC Capital and Wells Fargo acted as joint book running managers for the offering.
