Ardent Health indicated to open at $15-$16, IPO priced at $16

Ardent Health Partners priced its initial public offering of 12M shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $16 per share. The deal size was reduced to 12M shares of common stock from 14.3M shares of common stock and priced below the $20.00-$22.00 range. JPMorgan, BofA, Morgan Stanley and Stephens acted as joint book running managers for the offering. Ardent Health is a provider of healthcare in growing midsize urban communities across the country that delivers care through a system of 30 acute care hospitals and more than 200 sites of care with over 1,700 providers across six states. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “ARDT.”
