Baird analyst Michael Bellisario lowered the firm’s price target on Apple Hospitality REIT (APLE) to $13 from $14 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm says recent RevPAR trends have been weaker than expected, particularly for the select-service segment. It now sees a downward bias to near-term operating performance and earnings estimates.
