Appeals court says DOJ can reopen antitrust probe into NAR, Bloomberg reports

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit has ruled that the DOJ can reopen an antitrust probe into the National Association of Realtors, Bloomberg’s Leah Nylen reports. The court rejected a bid by the real estate trade group to enforce a 2020 settlement it had reached with the Trump administration closing the case. Companies in the home realtor space include Redfin (RDFN), Zillow (Z, ZG), Opendoor Technologies (OPEN), Re/Max Holdings (RMAX), Compass (COMP) and CoStar Group (CSGP).
