A consortium including a Singapore sovereign wealth fund, a Canadian pension fund and a British investment manager has purchased Direct ChassisLink from Apollo Global (APO) and EQT Partners (EQBBF) for approximately $3.6B, Reuters’ David Carnevali reports, citing people familiar with the matter.
