Barclays analyst Betty Jiang lowered the firm’s price target on APA Corp. to $38 from $40 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares post the Q1 report. The analyst says a modestly higher pro forma U.S. Q4 oil exit rate is not enough to offset much higher capex as the company’s capital efficiency uplift doesn’t materialize until 2025.
