Anywhere Real Estate initiated with a Neutral at BTIG

BTIG analyst Soham Bhonsle initiated coverage of Anywhere Real Estate with a Neutral rating and no price target. The analyst thinks the company has done a good job of extending its debt maturities over the past few years and believes its annual interest burden remains manageable. However, the macro backdrop remains challenging and investors continue to be concerned by the high levels of debt on the balance sheet heading into an economic slowdown, says the firm.
