JonesResearch lowered the firm’s price target on Annaly Capital to $18 from $21 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares after company reported earnings available for distribution that beats its estimate by a penny and “marginally” missed the consensus estimate of 68c per share. Annaly book value per share declined quarter-over-quarter to $18.25 from $20.73 and is estimated to be down about 11% quarter-to-date to $16.25, the analyst noted.
