Morgan Stanley analyst Alain Gabriel upgraded Anglo American to Equal Weight from Underweight with a price target of 2,710 GBp, down from 2,890 GBp. The analyst sees an improved risk/reward for in the European metals and mining sector following the recent selloff. With China’s improving industrial activity intact, the recent sector pullback "has enhanced the miners’ risk-reward profile," the analyst tells investors in a research note.
