Baird raised the firm’s price target on Amphenol to $106 from $100 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm noted they announced an agreement to acquire Carlisle Interconnect Technologies for $2.025 billion in cash and the transaction is expected to be accretive to EPS in the first year after closing.
