AmerisourceBergen sued by U.S. over ‘suspicious’ opioid orders, Bloomberg says

The U.S. claimed in a civil suit filed in federal court in Philadelphia that AmerisourceBergen failed to report "suspicious" orders for opioids and other controlled substances by pharmacy customers, reported Bloomberg’s Bob Van Voris, citing the lawsuit filing.
