Americold Realty Trust (COLD) announced a series of leadership updates. As part of these changes, the company and Marc Smernoff, executive VP and CFO, have mutually agreed that Smernoff’s employment with the company will terminate, effective January 12. Jay Wells has been appointed to succeed Smernoff as executive VP and CFO, effective January 15. Wells joins Americold from Primo Water (PRMW). ,
