Mr. Kincaid will lead ReElement Technologies Africa to develop these partnerships in critical, resource-rich African nations. Kincaid joins ReElement after a career as a U.S. Diplomat serving and leading teams in multiple countries in Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia.
